Toni is a 5th Generation Tampa Bay Resident and Broker/Owner of a small, independent and family owned business, Russell Property Group LLC.  RPG specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales and Property Asset Management. RPG also has a full service leasing and procurement automated property management division. Toni began her real estate career in 2002. She quickly established herself as an award-winning professional that same year. In 2007, she started a property management division for another bay area real estate firm. In a very short time she grew the division from zero listings to a portfolio of 100 properties. This led her to opening her own brokerage in 2009, Russell Property Group LLC. Her son, Spencer, joined her in the family business in 2010, and he also became a Broker. Toni's extensive background includes 30+ years of experience in the legal field with an emphasis on Business and Finance. Combined with over 20+ years in the Real Estate field. Toni can shed light on every aspect of your Real Estate transaction and its processes.  She has been very successful in developing a full service real estate brokerage with a range of services emphasizing on Client Relations.  At RPG, she believes that the Sales Associates and Property Managers can assist their clients within one organization, rather than have to refer them to another Agency for other real estate matters. She has made it a priority at RPG of servicing clients for life.
