Russ grew up and attended school in North Pinellas County, and has been a resident of both Pinellas and Pasco counties for over 30 years. He began his career in real estate as an owner and investor, and was then licensed as an agent in 2002. Russ then received his real estate broker’s license in 2004, and formed Imperium Real Estate Services, Inc. Russ is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (N.A.R.P.M.), National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), the Florida Association of Realtors (F.A.R.), and the Pinellas Realtor Organization (P.R.O.). Russ is a proud graduate of Countryside High School (98’), St. Petersburg College (00’), and the University of South Florida (02’), with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance, with a minor in economics.
