Xina Rim has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. Xina's life experiences have shaped her as a Realtor. Xina is a 1st generation American and knows what it means to 'live the American Dream of homeownership.' Xina's parents immigrated to the United States from Cambodia in1980. Xina was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts and her formulate years spent in Cranston, Rhode Island. Xina's parents long for living in warmer weather and her family moved to St. Petersburg, Florida when she was 9. As a first generation American, Xina knows firsthand the value of home ownership. Being a first generation and her parent's commitment to family taught her basic principles: 'to be respectful and to work with the highest level of integrity.' Xina graduated with Honors from St. Petersburg High School in 1998. Attended and graduated from the University of Central Florida with an AA degree in 2000. Graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS degree in Business Management in 2002. Xina and her husband are proud parents of 2 children. Active in many local groups: founding member of the local Young Professional Real Estate Network 'YPN', member of Pinellas Realtor Organization, actively involved with her children's PTA's, and a member of the St. Petersburg Junior Woman's Club. Spare time, she spends with her family and volunteering with several local charities. Designations included: SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative).
