Ofelia Ulloa is President, broker, and owner of Costa Rica Sol First Realty, with an emphasis on the sale and rental of commercial and residential properties in the west zone of San José, the capital and fastest growing area of the country. Sales Director of projects in Costa Rica and in charge of sales of entire projects in Costa Rica with more than 20 years of experience in real estate.

Since Costa Rica is an ecological, “green” country and a world leader in preserving and contributing to the ecology of our planet, Ofelia is promoting the investment on private forest reserves in Costa Rica and Latin America.

She is currently International Director of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR), CILA President Elect 2021 (Real Estate Confederation of Latin America) and has been CILA North President during 2017/2018/2019 as well as International Member of the Board of Directors of NAR 2017. Active member of CCCBR, NAR, CILA, FIABCI.

She has the following designations CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist). Completed the course for CRS (Council Residential Specialist).

Ofelia was part of the NAR International group, PAG 2014, (Presidential Advisory Group) that actively discusses and positions the best global opportunities for all NAR members; member of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, CCCBR for four years and the International Director of the CCCBR for the last four years. Active member of the organization of the National and International Congress of FECEPAC 2011 for the CCCBR and the Director of the René Frank Award for Real Estate Excellence 2011 at National and International levels. Coordinator of the III Latin American Real Estate Congress 2018 held in San Jose, Costa Rica. She created the new CCCBR International Chapter early in 2019.
