- Explore federal and state assistance programs aimed at mitigating foreclosures and supporting distressed homeowners.
- Recognize legal and ethical considerations when dealing with foreclosure cases and protecting homeowner rights.
- Develop negotiation skills to work with lenders on loss mitigation options for homeowners.
